Ben Stokes has returned as captain as the England playing XI for the 2nd Test against Pakistan was announced on October 14. England had won the first Test by an innings and 47 runs, riding on a power-packed batting performance led by Harry Brook and Joe Root. The PAK vs ENG 2nd Test 2024 will be played at the Multan Cricket Stadium starting October 15.
