The right-arm fast bowler has been crucial for Chennai Super Kings in their title-winning campaign last season. He was brought back for a whopping amount of Rs 14 crores at the IPL Auction two months ago and he has been sorely missed by his side so far this season.
Deepak Chahar said that he will make a strong comeback after he was ruled out of IPL 2022 with a back injury. Taking to social media, the CSK fast bowler wrote, "Sorry guys unfortunately I will be missing out this season of IPL with an injury," adding, "Thanks for supporting me with your love and wishes."
