This happened after Woakes had bowled two deliveries in the seventh over of Sri Lanka's second innings when the umpires informed England captain Ollie Pope about bad light and that fast bowlers could not be in action. Woakes as a result, had to bowl off-spin for the remainder of his over where he ended up conceding two singles and a boundary.
