BCCI has finally released a comprehensive policy on prevention of Sexual Harassment. The policy details what acts come under the purview of sexual harassment, who all the policy is applicable to in the Board/IPL/state associations, the constituents of the ICC, the procedure to file a complaint and the punishment for sexual harassment as deemed by the committee. BCCI has also formed a four-member Internal Complaints Committee of Ms. Rupawati Rao (Presiding Officer) Ms. Usha Devendra Andewar (External Member) Mr. Abey Kuruvilla (Member) Mr. Gaurav Saxena (Member).
