Star Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who has been featuring in the ongoing Pakistan vs Bangladesh Test series has been charged for murder during the recent political unrest in Bangladesh. The 37-year-old star allrounder and a former lawmaker in the Sheikh Hasina-led Awami League regime, was among 147 people against whom charges have been filed for an alleged murder during the protests in early August. Reports suggest that now BCB has received a legal notice which has asked for the removal of Shakib Al Hasan from the ongoing PAK vs BAN Test series squad so that he can return to the country for assistance in the murder investigation.
