With a comprehensive win, Australia have grabbed a couple of points in their first match of the Super 8 stage. Pat Cummins managed took an impressive hat trick and David Warner completed his fifty after which rain came and Australia sealed the win via DLS method.

The Australia National Cricket Team emerged victorious in their clash against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team in the Super 8 stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Batting first, Bangladesh scored a modest total of 140 runs at the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. In response, in the setting innings, a contest of only 11.2 overs took place as the rain came in to play a spoilsport.
