Andy McBrine and Lorcan Tucker managed to score five runs off one ball despite the fielder saving a boundary, during the Ireland vs Zimbabwe one-off Test match on Sunday, July 28. The bizarre incident happened in the 18th over of the Ireland second innings which was being bowled by Richard Ngarava. McBrine elegantly drove the delivery on the off-side and the fielder, Tendai Chatara ran after it to stop it from going for a four. He managed to stop the ball right before it touched the rope and his momentum took him over the boundary hoardings. Interestingly, no one assisted in him completing the fielding effort and Chatara himself threw the ball back. By this time, McBrine and Tucker managed to run five runs.
