Chirag Shetty recreated a similar moment like that of former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, who too had taken off his shirt to celebrate iconically after his side win over England at the Lord's Stadium. India eventually won the Thomas Cup 2022 title with a 3-0 victory over Indonesia.
Chirag Shetty was absolutely ecstatic after he and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy defeated the team of Muhammad Ahsan and Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo. Shetty and Rankireddy fought hard to make a comeback after a defeat in the first game. And it was no wonder why Shetty was so pumped about the victory.
