Indian steeplechaser Avinash Sable overcame his disappointing outing at the World Athletics Championship 2023 at Budapest as he finished 5th in the 3000-meter steeplechase event in the Xiamen Diamond League and also qualified for the Diamond League final, set to be hosted at Eugene. He clocked the time of 8:16.27 in his attempt.
