After the end of Day 7 of the Asian Games 2023 on September 30, People's Republic of China has taken a huge lead in terms of the medal tally with Japan and Republic of Korea closely behind them. China has total medal tally of 216 with 114 golds. Korea and Japan have 105 and 110 in total with 28 and 27 golds respectively. India are in the fourth position with ten golds and a total medal tally of 38. They have a few more medal ensured already with athletes yet to compete in the semifinal and final of separate events. With Athletics events having started now, India will look to only go bigger from here.
