According to reports, the woman and a male friend were arrested for animal cruelty following the heartbreaking incident. The viral clip shows the woman walking towards the dustbin with a puppy in her arms as another dog follows her. When she reaches the dustbin, she throws the puppy she is holding into the dustbin. She does not stop there! She picks up the second dog and dumps it too into the dustbin.
