The anular solar eclipse 2024, also known as the 'Ring of Fire,' took place on October 2. The celestial event occurred when the Moon appeared smaller than the Sun, casting a glowing ring of sunlight around its dark centre. The annular solar eclipse was visible in different places across the world, namely regions like Argentina and Chile. In contrast, a partial eclipse was visible in parts of the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Brazil. Unfortunately, it was not visible in India. The celestial event provided a spectacular view to the skywatchers. The ‘Ring of Fire’ mesmerised the people who captured the celestial event through breathtaking pictures and videos. Take a look at some of the aesthetic images.

Mesmerising Ring of Fire!
Annular Solar Eclipse ☀️from Easter Island 🗿🏝️ in the South Pacific. The view was absolutely stunning !!! We were so lucky with the weather, and we managed to see all phases. The sky got slightly darker, but not as dark as it gets during a total eclipse. Amazing experience 😃… pic.twitter.com/81v2OlzCnD
