Indian comedian Rohan Joshi posted a video expressing his frustration after his Air India flight from London to Mumbai got cancelled twice. “Someone help me leave this city please, this is my third attempt,” reads the text on his Instagram reel. In the video, he explains how he got an email from Air India giving him the option to upgrade his ticket to First Class at a minimal rate. After doing so, when he reached the airport, he was informed that his flight had been cancelled due to some issue with the first class coach. He was further assured that the Air India crew arranged for yet another first class ticket with Emirates on the same day. However, the re-booking with Emirates was not done. He posted the video ahead of his third attempt, which instantly went viral with people sharing similar experiences. After his “valued first class customer” rant video, the Air India crew member named Naveen reached out to him and gave his ticket.
