In the video that is doing the rounds on social media, we see a man taking out an axe and ruthlessly cutting the animal into different parts. The incident allegedly happened on the streets of Paris, France. Even though the now viral clip does show the man cutting an animal, there is not enough evidence to prove it is a cat.
