In a viral promo video, Sumeet demonstrated the proper way to enjoy pani puri. She begins by breaking the puri and filling it with a mixture of mint and coriander chutney, date and tamarind chutney, and potatoes, topped with mint-coriander-infused water. The judges were impressed and couldn't get enough!
