Multiple electronic billboards in Northbrook, a suburb in Chicago, were hacked with antisemitic messages. The billboards displayed ‘Death to Israel’ and other offensive messages, along with the Palestinian flag in the backdrop. According to reports, the hackers changed the electronic billboards that are situated along the Edens Spur Tollroad in Northbrook. Commuters and school students were shocked to encounter the hateful messages. One of the offensive messages also had the image of popular YouTuber MrBeast along with the message ‘Paid for by MrBeast LLC.’ Reportedly, the offensive messages remained visible for almost an hour before they were removed. After the recent developments, MrBeast's legal team has spoken out and, in a statement, mentioned that MrBeast did not pay for this billboard.
