On similar lines, a young man shouting and hanging out of the door of a moving city bus has been featured in a recent viral video. The latter in the clip is not able to see the road ahead as he is leaning towards the back of the bus. While the bus is in motion, it crosses a pole with a sizable metal board suspending from it, which strikes the man's head on the back, just above the neck.
