The tragic incident took place in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Tampa North, just two days after he celebrated his 26th birthday, according to his lawyer. However, a week later, a bizarre Instagram activity on Foolio's account sparked major reactions online. An edited video has been uploaded and posted on Julio Foolio's Instagram handle as an IG story, and it shows the famous "Undertaker" meme with the late rapper's face. The meme is based on World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)'s star, The Undertaker, aka Mark William Calaway, who famously rose from the dead or coffin, much to the "surprise" of his opponents.
