Anip Patel, CEO of CaPatel Investments, recently slammed Air India for its poor business class service during a non-stop flight from Chicago to New Delhi. In an Instagram post, Patel described his experience as a “nightmare,” saying it was the worst first-class cabin he had ever encountered despite paying USD 6,300 for the one-way trip. Patel shared a video showing the cabin’s poor condition, including hair, mildew, and damaged interiors.
