A groom reached his designated polling station in Srinagar parliamentary constituency to exercise his right to vote while donning full wedding attire in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar region on Monday, May 13, 2024. While talking with the news agency ANI, the groom said, “Today, I exercised my right to vote to elect our candidate who will make policies regarding employment and development.” For the unversed, today marks the first election in Jammu and Kashmir since 2019.
