Govind Sandhu was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (an aggressive blood cancer) and is currently undergoing chemotherapy, having completed his fourth cycle recently. The man who is known to prioritise his health and fitness and would participate in ultra-marathons was in for a rude shock when his ‘really bad flu-like symptoms’ turned out to be stage 4 cancer.
