After a suspected explosion caused by a malfunctioning e-bike battery, two travellers in Australia somehow narrowly escaped to safety. Footage of the chilling incident, posted online by Fire and Rescue NSW personnel, has shocked social media users. According to the reports, the explosion occurred on October 5 at the Darlinghurst hostel in Sydney. A total of 22 firefighters and six fire vehicles responded to the lithium-ion battery explosion. The CCTV footage shows one of the travellers standing in the hostel's corridor while another was inside a room. As the bike blew off, both the men were seen running outside the room to protect themselves from the rapidly erupting fire flames.
