An EasyJet flight, Airbus A320, travelling from London Gatwick to Kos, Greece, was forced to make an emergency landing at Munich International Airport about two hours after it took off because of an allegedly rowdy passenger. The trouble began after the flight took off from the London Gatwick Airport on September 3. As the aircraft soared at over 30,000 feet, the passenger, who was drunk on whisky, disturbed the journey with his disobedience. The drunk passenger tried to storm the cockpit, called the captain “rubbish”, and threatened to take over the control. Not only that, he also tried opening the exit gate, leading to a physical clash with the flight attendants and other passengers. A video of the aftermath went viral on social media, where passengers can be seen cheering as the German police escort the drunk traveller off the plane. Besides, passengers also praised the captain for a smooth landing.
