A video doing the internet rounds shows a person making the fusion dish. The video shows a man pouring ice cream on some chole bhature which are placed at a counter. He then goes on to mix it to make ice cream rolls of it. Finally, the dish is served on a plate and is garnished with a green chilli, onions and a dash of chole. "Justice for chole bhature [sic]," a user commented on the viral food video.
