A bear and cub were roaming into Srinagar's uptown localities, causing fright among the residents. As per the reports, the wildlife department finally captured the two animals after completing the 21-hour-long operation without any kind of harm. The uninjured wild bear and cub were caught at around 3 am on Monday and reportedly will be released in the Dachigam National Park.
