The flight had to be cancelled because a flight attendant had an outburst over an alleged blanket request that was made by a passenger. The Airbus A330-343 aircraft, operating as flight AC73, started the taxiing process and aimed for departure but was forced to return to the gate due to the unexpected incident. According to eyewitnesses, a passenger requested for a blanket due to excessive air conditioning. However, this enraged the flight attendant, who can be seen yelling at the passenger. It even led her to call the police and ask the lady to disembark. In support of the passenger, the other passengers onboard too left the flight.
