Taking to X, PM Narendra Modi wrote, "Today is the holy day of special worship of Mother Mahagauri. It is a request to Mother Goddess, who is compassionate and infallibly fruitful, to bless all her devotees and provide them with welfare." PM Narendra Modi also extended greetings of Durga Puja to the nation. "Many happy Durga Puja wishes to my family members across the country," PM Modi said.
