National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah said today, August 22, that his party and Congress are together for assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. "Tarigami sahab (CPM's M.Y. Tarigami) is also with us. I hope that our people are with us so that we can win and do better for the people," he added. It must be noted that the National Conference party has made a pre-poll alliance with the Congress ahead of the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. Abdullah said the alliance is on all 90 assembly seats between the two parties.
