As per the latest trends, Congress MP and candidate Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury is trailing by a margin of 9199 votes against TMC candidate Yusuf Pathan from Berhampore in West Bengal.  In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Adhir Ranjan Choudhary of the Congress party secured victory in this constituency, garnering 591,147 votes.
