A man recently took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared a photo showing no staff at a branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) he visited. In his post, a man named Lalit Solanki, a chartered accountant, said that when he visited the SBI's branch at 3 pm, he found the whole staff at lunch. Sharing the photo on X, Solanki wrote, "Irony, on one side #SBI says we don't have any lunch break and the whole staff was on lunch collectively." Responding to his tweet, the official handle of SBI asked the X user to delete the picture. In its response, SBI told Solanki to delete the photo as he would be held accountable if the same were missed. "lease note that photography/ videography inside branch premises is prohibited due to security reasons," SBI said in response. State Bank of India Free Gifts Message Making Rounds On WhatsApp, SBI Warns Against Fake Claims.
