Eyewitnesses described a chaotic scene, with one person recounting, “We were standing nearby when the explosion occurred. We rushed to the spot and saw the rag picker lying injured with a wound on his right wrist. The blast was very loud.” The police arrived promptly, transporting the injured to NRS Hospital, and secured the area with a security cordon.
