A 37-year-old tech professional, Vipin Gupta, originally from Lucknow, has been missing in Bengaluru since August 4. Gupta, who had recently relocated to the city for work, was last seen leaving his home in the Tatanagar area of Kodigehalli on his green Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle. He was wearing a beige jacket and dark grey track pants. Alarmingly, INR 1.8 lakh was withdrawn from Gupta's bank account shortly after his disappearance, and his phone has been switched off since then. His wife, Sriparna Dutta, has taken to social media, pleading for help. Sriparna's attempts to file a missing person report were allegedly met with resistance, with the FIR only being registered on August 6 after multiple visits to the police station. The couple has two daughters, aged 5 months and 14 years. Sriparna fears her husband is in danger, emphasising that he would never abandon his family. She is urging the public and police for urgent assistance in locating Gupta, as the investigation continues. Bengaluru Shocker: Cops Argue Who Will Take Accident Victim to Hospital as Man Lies on Road Bleeding, Probe Launched Against Policemen After Video Goes Viral.
