A fleet of tractors laden with sand storm the toll booth and pass through as booth workers try to stop them using sticks in UP's Agra. It is suspected that the tractors belonged to a local sand mafia. In the 53 seconds video, at least 13 tractors can be seen recklessly speeding through the toll plaza.
