The accused, identified as Prakash Manjhi, is reported to hail from Nepal. According to reports, Manjhi arrived in Revaritalab on a motorcycle and began instigating locals with communal comments. When people objected to his provocations, he escalated the situation by striking them and passing bystanders with the spade. A disturbing video of the incident has circulated on social media, drawing significant attention and concern. According to the police, the attack resulted in injuries to several individuals. Specifically, three people sustained minor injuries and received treatment at a local hospital before being discharged, while two others are currently receiving care at the trauma centre.
