In a shocking incident, former Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) corporator Vanraj Andekar was brutally attacked and murdered in Pune.  A CCTV footage of the tragic event surfaced on September 2. The footage captures men on bikes approaching Andekar before shooting him with pistols and fleeing the scene.
