The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) accused the Congress party's student wing, the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), of attacking their Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) office on Sunday. However, Delhi Police confirmed that members of both ABVP and NSUI clashed at the DUSU office on Saturday night, leading to vandalism. DUSU president and ABVP member Tushar Dedha alleged that NSUI members, led by Vice President Abhi Dahiya, vandalised the offices of the Joint Secretary and Secretary, and desecrated a Ram temple in his office. Dedha claimed NSUI members were drinking and causing disturbances, including harassing female students. He demanded the expulsion of those involved and announced plans to seek police action for the alleged misconduct.
