The surprise check was conducted on Wednesday night, September 18, at Old Mussoorie Road and Rajpur Road. A video of the Savin Bansal'a raid has also gone viral on social media. The viral clip shows Dehradun DM Savin Bansal allegedly driving to liquor shops and pretending to be a customer. As per reports, Savin Bansal allegedly bought a bottle of McDowell's for INR 680 instead of INR 660.
