A distressing video that has emerged from a hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Hardoi district on Thursday, October 19, a man can be seen carrying a patient in his lap as stretcher beds were allegedly unavailable. The Hardoi Medical College and Hospital allegedly did not provide stretcher beds and as a result the man had to carry the patient all the way from inside the hospital to the road. The video of the incident is going viral on social media.
