The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Web Mall Police Station in Vibhutikhand locality. The video of the incident has surfaced on social media. The video shows the man in a white shirt holding another man by the collar and thrashing him with the pistol butt. The accused was identified as Vinod Mishra, a national-level shooter.
