A balloon seller lost his life after being hit by a speeding Mahindra Scorpio in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on October 23. The CCTV footage captured the SUV losing control, flipping over, and causing the fatal accident, with the driver identified as Anubhav Goyal. Reportedly, Goyal was under the influence of alcohol during the incident and was driving recklessly. An angry mob apprehended Goyal, accompanied by friends who fled the scene.
