In a shocking incident in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, an uncle and his niece, involved in a relationship, died by suicide by jumping in front of a moving train yesterday, on June 30. Reports suggest the couple took this extreme step allegedly due to strong objections from their family members. The couple residents of Bardauli village were identified as 23-year-old Manish Kumar and 20-year-old Diksha Gautam. On Sunday, Manish reportedly took Diksha to his home and told his family members about their relationship however, his pleas to his family fell on deaf ears.
