The incident reportedly took place on Monday, October 2, in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur. The 1-minute 12-second video clip shows a man wearing a skill cap reportedly stopping a woman out on her morning walk. As the video moves further, the accused is seen snatching the woman's chain and later fleeing from the spot. The accused, identified as Pramod Seth, was arrested after the incident came to light.
