A massive fire broke out in Maharashtra's Thane area today, June 6. According to news agency ANI, the blaze erupted at a chemical godown on Mankoli Road in Thane's Bhiwandi. Shailesh Shinde, Anjur Phata Station Incharge, said fire station number three received a call about the blaze at 5:10 PM. "Pritesh Complex located in Dapoda village caught fire. The efforts to douse the fire are being carried out," he added. Shinde further said that the fire broke out at a chemical godown. He also said that chemical drums are bursting continuously, and they are facing difficulties in dousing the fire. "We are also having a shortage of water.
