The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has moved Delhi High Court seeking the death penalty for Yasin Malik. Malik is the chief of the banned Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front. He has been accused in the terror funding case. Last year, the trial Court sentenced him to life imprisonment.
