Despite the passengers' threats to report the incident, the situation took a violent turn when the driver slapped one of them after she suggested visiting a police station with his vehicle number and contact information. Reacting to the incident, the Bengaluru City Police on Thursday, September 5, took cognisance of the viral video and initiated legal actions.
