An unidentified elderly man died after being hit and dragged by a train for 5 km on the outskirts of Ghatkesar, Telangana, on Tuesday. A video of the incident, circulating on social media, shows the body hanging from the train’s engine. The incident occurred between Bibinagar and Ghatkesar. According to an Investigation Official from the Government Railway Police (GRP), the man, aged about 65-70 years, was hit by an empty rake while trespassing on the railway track and died on the spot.
