The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has announced that it will observe a stock market holiday on Wednesday, November 20, in line with the Maharashtra assembly elections 2024. "The Exchange hereby notifies Wednesday, November 20, 2024 as a trading holiday on account of Assembly Elections in Maharashtra," NSE said in its notification. The elections for the 288-member Maharashtra State Legislative Assembly are scheduled for November 20, with vote counting set to take place three days later.
