Ahead of the installation of the Sengol in the New Parliament Building on May 28, BJP leader Smriti Irani on Friday took a swipe at the Congress party. Meanwhile, BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad also attacked the Congress over '9 saal, 9 sawaal' jibe.
