The incident occurred following a heated argument over the timely stitching of clothes. The deceased, identified as Shahid (42), also known as Kalu, was a hawker who sold clothes in Punjab. According to police reports, Shahid had gone to the tailor’s shop around noon to collect his clothes. When he found that the clothes were not ready, an argument ensued. The dispute quickly escalated, leading the tailor and his brother to attack Shahid with scissors. The accused fled the scene immediately after the attack.
