A major theft occurred at the Hanuman Tekri Temple in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, a revered site for millions. Early reports indicate that the thieves, numbering six, bound a security guard to a tree before entering the temple. Another guard fled in fear. Within just six minutes, the masked robbers stole valuable jewelry adorning the temple deity and other essential items. The thieves also attempted to steal the donation box but could not lift the larger one, taking only a smaller box instead. Additionally, they made off with the temple’s CCTV DVR and other surveillance equipment. The entire incident was captured on another CCTV camera from a different angle, showing the swift execution of the crime. This temple has previously been targeted by thieves, raising concerns about its security measures.
